Agenda: • Mapping out the steps required to implement the solutions • Identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies Session 5 (1 hour): Goal: Develop communication and change management plans for implementing the solutions. • Developing a communication plan for key stakeholders • Identifying and engaging champions and change agents • Developing a change management plan to ensure successful adoption of the solutions
