One of our notable projects involved utilising additive manufacturing to gain a deeper understanding of gas flow through the internals of an aerospace gas turbine blade. We created a see-through plastic model of the turbine, allowing us to observe and analyse the fluid dynamics within. Through analysis, we identified how to optimise the manufacturing process through automation. By designing a solution that incorporated advanced software and controls, we were able to improve the efficiency and performance of the gas turbine blade, ultimately delivering superior results for our client

One of our recent projects involved creating a digital integrated management system (IMS) for ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 for a leading renewables organisation. We implemented this on Microsoft SharePoint using Power BI to display key performance indicators, enabling the organisation to streamline their processes, reduce paperwork, and increase efficiency. Our solution provided the client with a single platform for all their quality, health, safety, and environmental management requirements, making it easier for them to manage their compliance and track their progress towards meeting their goals.
